If you receive an item that doesn't quite meet with your expectations, you may return it to us by mail within 30 days of purchase by simply resealing the item in it's original bag and enclosing a note detailing your wish for a full refund, credit or exchange.
Your package must be accompanied by the original receipt indicating your credit card information. Garments may be tried on for fit, but must be in their original condition for policy to apply. We regret that we cannot process a return of goods after the 30 day limit.
If you are a US customer please indicate on the customs label affixed to the outside of the package that the package is a "return of goods originating in Canada".
