Canada shipping

Shipping options and transit times

We offer three service levels within Canada.
Priority Courier: 1-2 business days
Xpresspost: 2-3 business days
Expedited: 2-7 business days

Orders received before Mon-Fri 11am Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the next business day. Orders received after 11am will be processed on the second business day. Priority Courier and Xpresspost orders received before 11am PST will be processed on the same business day.

For US orders please click on the US button at the top right corner of your browser, and go to customer care/shipping where you will find shipping service levels listed.

US Shipping

Shipping options and transit times

We offer four service levels for shipments destined for the United States. Our carrier is Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
Expedited Ground (7-10 business days - Traceable)
Xpresspost USA (4-6 business days - Traceable)
Priority International (2-3 business days -Traceable)
Small Packet Air (less than 1kg)(7-14 business days-Not Traceable)

Duties and Taxes

Us customers please note that shipments into the US may be subject to applicable duties and/or taxes. These duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are charged by the carrier and payable on receipt of goods. For more information about duty rates please call your nearest US Customs office.


Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or an entirely different product, or to accept a return of goods within 30 days of purchase date. Returns received between 30 and 60 days after the original date of purchase will be eligible for store credit. If you are unsatisfied with a garment for whatever reason, simply reseal the item in it's original bag, and send it back to us, with the original receipt and a note detailing your wish for a full refund, credit or exchange. We will credit your card on receipt of the package. Garments must be in original condition and packaging, unused, without scent and unwashed. It remains our discretion whether to accept the condition of the return as "like-new". Items that are not deemed to be "like-new" will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

We will pay for shipping any exchanges to you unless the original shipment shipped for free. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. Please send returns via a traceable carrier, ie. UPS, Fed-ex or a traceable postal method.

For US customers, please write "Return of Goods Originating in Canada" on the outside of the package.
