Nordic Natural Clothing began 15 years ago as the premier importer of fine Ruskovilla garments to Canada, with the inspiration of bringing top quality European woollen underclothing to Canada and North America through a catalog/mail order business. We were interested in carrying clothing that was manufactured in an ecologically sensitive manner, and that offered a skin-hugging base layer of the very best materials available in nature, devoid of any chemical processing. Our children were babies and we felt strongly that their growing bodies needed the purity and warmth that these fine merino garments could provide.
We have grown tremendously since then, and now maintain an online store that brings top quality organic and natural clothing to an ever-broadening group of informed shoppers. Our mission remains one of providing superior quality clothing in organic wool, silk-wool, silk and organic cotton, that will enhance and support the body's natural rhythms and functions while our company simultaneously supports those committed to ecologically-sound manufacturing practices. We are now bringing in top quality natural fibre clothes from Finland and Germany in an ever expanding line.
